Shelly Bennett is passionate about guiding others toward self-exploration, personal growth, and goal attainment. She has worked with a culturally diverse population of young and middle-aged adults in higher education for over 20 years. Shelly also has experience working in social services, providing empowerment and financial and community support to those transitioning back into the workforce.

Shelly is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Maryland and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). She received her Master's degree in Counseling from the University of Dayton.

As a counselor, Shelly aims to help individuals develop strategies to navigate life's transitions, build resilience, and identify personal fulfillment while embracing their authentic selves. Using person-centered and solution-focused strategies, she will approach each session with empathy and acceptance.
