I’m Katherine, a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Virginia. I have been in the mental health field for over a decade working in hospitals, residential treatment,
outpatient, and home/community-based services with clients of all ages. My passion and purpose are driven by my desire to destigmatize mental health in the black community because I believe we are worthy of healing as individuals and a collective. I am trained in Narrative Therapy and EMDR which I use to journey alongside others as
they learn to understand their story, heal from trauma, find their voice, and create a life that is meaningful to them.
