Biography
My name is Kehinde Olugbade, I am a graduate student at Duquesne University. I have been in the helping profession for the past 4 years. I have experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interview (MI) and Person-Centered Therapy (PCT) with my clients. I am a firm believer that we are fully equipped to reach our maximum potential, but unforeseen
circumstances can hinder us from maximizing our capacity.
My goal is to assist individuals in these situations find healing and growth through their experiences in order to reach their fullest potential. I am passionate about working with clients of all ages and backgrounds especially first- and second-generation adolescent immigrants. I consider myself to be adventurous, I love travelling, visiting new places and gaining knowledge about other cultures and parts of the world. My desire is to help young immigrants find their identity and live to be the best they can be in society
