Tamika Archer, LPC-R, has over a decade of working with women and children. Her passion is identity development and women’s emotional healing. She combines her clinical counseling expertise, community development work with her business knowledge to offer clients a unique behavioral perspective.
Tamika Archer has an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with training in Humanistic Sandtray levels I and II and is currently pursuing a PhD. in Counseling Anthropology.
Specialties include job/career-related difficulties and issues, individual/personal coaching, and life transitions.
As a therapist, facilitator, speaker, and teacher, Tamika prompts individuals to dig deeper and emerge as their desired selves. Over the years, she has helped over 100 individuals achieve their goals and life-long dreams by assisting with planning, education, and implementing thought change processes.
Tamika is highly interested in breaking barriers that prevent individuals of marginalized and minority cultures from obtaining sound mental health support and bridging gaps where access is limited to mental health care and wellness.
Tamika, is the President and Founder of Halo Academy, Inc., a 501(c) 3 organization with the mission to assist families with education, entrepreneurial, and wellness resources that can help foster a creative mind and well soul.
Because she desires to always educate herself, Tamika completed the Women’s Entrepreneurship Certification at Cornell University in 2021 and is pursuing a Doctorate’s in Sustainability.
