Antoinette Batts is a Prince Georges County native and has been a resident there since she was 8 years old. She completed her Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore in Princess Anne, Maryland and her Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership with a focus in Human Resources from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut. She has worked in Talent Acquisition and Retention for over ten years, primarily recruiting within the Healthcare and Behavioral Health space. 

 

She brings her wealth of recruiting Knowledge to Onyx by maintaining a pipeline of skilled Therapists and counselors. In her free time, Antoinette enjoys traveling with her husband, and two children, Aubrey and Adriane. She also enjoys shopping, and trying new cuisines from all over the world.
