Letting Yourself Be a Work in Progress

You don’t have to have it all figured out today—or tomorrow, or next week. Growth is messy. Some days, you’ll feel unstoppable. Others, you’ll feel like you’re back at square one. But healing isn’t a straight line—it’s a winding road, full of detours and rest stops. And that’s okay.
Therapy helps us navigate the big stuff, but the little things? They’re just as important. So today, do something small for yourself. Breathe deeply. Laugh at a silly meme. Let yourself exist without needing to be perfect. Because healing happens in the tiniest of moments—often, when we least expect it.
